Introduction
Astronomical imaging of the night sky requires sensitive light
detectors. We will be using the Leuschner 30-inch telescope to take
images of the sky. After collecting images with our telescope, we
will need to process our images to get reliable data. Here we will
discuss the calibration of our images and how to obtain the
fundamental measurement of photon counts from our data.
