New Pulsar Configuration
This machine is a 200 MHz Pentium used to control the
photometer demo unit in the undergraduate lab.
It occupies the name IP address as the Pulsar machine
used to control the HI receiver.

CTR05 counter I/O card
Reads the photon counts.
Interrupt 5 - factory default
I/O Address 0x310 not factory

The following must be created with the mknod command
and chmod 666.
